Parking Fee Refund and Suspension

April 9, 2020

Due to our move to remote classes through spring semester and remote working for all non-critical employees through April 30, Parking Services is issuing refunds to CU Anschutz Medical Campus students, faculty and staff who have purchased or prepaid parking permits, as well as suspending parking fees for employees for the months of April and May. No action is required on your part, and details are below.
  • Students who have purchased campus parking permits will receive a parking refund, equal to the unused portion of their permit starting from March 16, by check mailed on or before the end of April to the student address on your parking account.
  • Faculty and staff will be issued a refund for the second half of March via direct deposit. Those parking in permitted campus lots should see this refund as a direct deposit to their accounts this Friday, April 10. CU employees who park at the UCH Leprino parking garage and the CU Medicine parking garage will see their refunds as direct deposits to their accounts next Friday, April 17.
  • For the months of April and May, parking fees have been suspended, meaning there will be no charge for parking through May 31.
  • Questions? Please call the parking office at 303-724-2555 and leave a message, or email CUParking@cuanschutz.edu, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
