Highlight:
I feel I work at the best place with the best coworker who put our patient's first. Recently we have gone through a big change where we are sharing a clinic with three different departments. The nurses here have been so wonderful with helping each other with their years of expertise. Everyone has come together to teach, educate, communicate, and build trust and growth in such a short amount of time that benefits every patient seen. Everyday I come to work excited to be surrounded by supportive team members. Who are willing to build upon others with their knowledge, positive attitude, and experience. I have not worked in such a healthy culture that is promoted on communication, trust, and having a healthy conflict. The doctors and physician assistants have been so great to lead and be appreciative of the staff's hard work to bring the team together. The doctors make sure to communicate and show their appreciation to our staff with praise and recognition which is much needed. I work with three wonderful medical assistants who are always making sure patient's are set up to have a successful outcome. From dressing changes, procedures in the clinic, and ordering supplies. Everyone works so well to turn rooms over for the next patient so that their first experience is their best. I have seen so many of our medical staff members serve with compassion and empathy. Our front desk schedulers have worked so hard to communicate and be the face of our clinic when it comes to change. They have been so supportive with the staff and the patients' when it comes to communicating and being positive. Every smile they displays welcomes each patient to a positive atmosphere that will give the patient the upmost best experience. Our schedulers have been so great with helping the process of making sure every patient who has an upcoming surgery feels safe and important in the process. Our intake access coordinator has been so great with communicating with staff and patients to make sure every rapport built is a health rapport. It has been a challenging couple of weeks but we have really come together as a supportive team and working family. This is why we should be recognized because we serve with excellence, compassion, and every patient comes first with their care.
