Ryan Davis

Ryan Davis, MBA, is currently the Associate Vice Chancellor for Budget, Planning and Campus Strategy and Deputy CFO at University of Colorado Anschutz. In this role, Ryan directs campus-level financial planning and analysis activities, which include the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, capital project analysis and coordination of financing activities, and evaluation of major campus initiatives. Additionally, Ryan leads the Continuous Improvement and Shared Services teams, the Office of Digital Learning, and the Campus Strategy Office. Before joining CU Anschutz in 2016, Ryan served as the Director of Budget at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and prior to that, he served as the Finance Manager for Strategic Financial Planning at SCL Health (now Intermountain Health) in Broomfield, Colorado. He has extensive experience in the healthcare, higher education, and financial services industries and brings more than 25 years of financial management experience to CU Anschutz. Ryan obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and received his MBA from Regis University. In his free time, Ryan, a Colorado native, enjoys spending time with his wife and two children traveling, skiing, golfing, and hiking.
