Campus & Workplace Pulse Survey Coming April 9th, 4-3-24

Dear students, faculty and staff,

Next Tuesday, April 9, you will receive an email invitation to take part in a brief Campus & Workplace Culture (CWC) Pulse Survey. The survey will take just about five minutes to complete, and we encourage you to take part. 

A link to the survey will arrive in your inbox from cwcsurvey@cuanschutz.edu. It is quick, confidential and secure, and your survey link will be live through April 30. 

By taking part, you will not only ensure your voice is heard but you will also be entered into a gift card drawing. We have a generous number of gift cards available as a token of appreciation for your participation. Be sure to complete your survey early for a chance to win. 

The higher the rate of participation, the better insights we gain as we work to make CU Anschutz a welcoming place to work, learn and serve where everyone feels like they belong. 

The 2024 CWC Pulse Survey will help us gauge our progress since the comprehensive campus survey conducted in 2021, and assess what further improvements are needed to achieve a more just, equitable and inclusive culture at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. 

Faculty and residents in the School of Medicine have recently been surveyed and will not be asked to complete this complementary campus survey. We will, however, consider those survey responses alongside CWC Pulse Survey results to help drive action planning campuswide.
