Art in Science | Science in Art is an exhibit of images produced by University of Colorado-affiliated scientists and artists.  Scientists were invited to submit images created as part of their work, and artists whose images illustrate or offer insights into scientific principles were also invited to participate.

The question posed to them: how wide is the gulf between Science and Art? The conclusion: not so wide. Of the hundreds of images submitted, a national jury selected thirty for a traveling exhibit, which was curated by Helen Macfarlane and JJ Cohen. Opening in 2007, the work has hung in galleries throughout Colorado as well as museums in Mexico and New York City.
