"Mindful Moment" Guided Meditation Sessions

A new guided meditation series called “Mindful Moment” began September 1 and has been well-attended by students and employees alike. Led by the National Mental Health Innovation Center, sessions focus on topics including relaxation, compassion, gratitude and emotional regulation in the time of COVID-19.

Join with your peers and colleagues for these five-minute meditation exercises via Zoom Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:50 a.m.
