News about the public health concerns like COVID 19 can cause feelings of uncertainty and anxiety. With the Chancellors announcement yesterday, we know that you may be experiencing a change in your regular academic schedule with many classes moving online (not all classes, so please be sure to read carefully any email coming from your specific academic program). These developments can be stressful.
