Expanded Hours for Optional Vaccination Stickers

Receive a "COVID VAX 2021" sticker for your CU Anschutz badge weekdays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through an optional sticker program on campus.
Stop by Hensel Phelps Auditorium anytime between expanded hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.,
scan your badge, show your vaccination verification, and get a sticker applied to your badge.
WHO
Vaccinated CU Anschutz students, employees and contractors with university badges, who have one of the following forms of vaccination verification:
- COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
- Photo of COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
- Medical Immunization Documentation
- Visual Verification of Immunization Record from Medical/Health System Portal
WHAT
Optional “COVID VAX 2021” stickers will be applied to your university badge. After scanning your badge and presenting vaccination verification, you will simply remove your badge from your badge holder to have your sticker applied by distribution
desk staff.
Please note that there will be an additional vaccination verification process in place for our campus ahead of fall semester 2021. Details to come. Vaccine requirement information here.
