Bryan Castro is the Healthcare Technology Business Development Program Director at CU Innovations, where he leads commercialization efforts for health-related technologies from the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. He works with faculty, clinicians and industry partners to bring innovations to market through licensing and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining CU Innovations, Bryan spent over 20 years in healthcare technology and business development roles across startups and Fortune 500 medtech companies. At Viz.ai, he helped scale the Customer Success organization and led the Western U.S. region during a period of rapid growth. He also held leadership positions at Stryker and Jabil, spearheading new market development, service commercialization and strategic partnerships. Bryan holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master of Business Operational Excellence in Healthcare from The Ohio State University.
