As a pediatric physical therapist with doctoral training in Developmental Epidemiology, Dr. McManus’s research focuses on population-based health interventions for young children with developmental delays and disabilities. She is particularly interested in access to, utilization, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of health and therapeutic services for medically fragile infants. Dr. McManus employs a variety of quantitative methods, including multi-level statistical modeling, longitudinal analyses and structural equation modeling using large secondary data sets.
