Optional Vaccination Stickers for Your CU Anschutz Badge
Receive a "COVID VAX 2021" sticker for your CU Anschutz badge weekdays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through an optional sticker program on campus.
Stop by Hensel Phelps Auditorium in Research 1 North anytime between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., show your vaccination verification, get a sticker applied by a staff member and scan your badge.
Vaccinated CU Anschutz students, employees and contractors with university badges, who have one of the following forms of vaccination verification:
Optional “COVID VAX 2021” stickers will be applied to your university badge. After presenting vaccination verification, you will simply remove your badge from its holder to have your sticker applied by distribution desk staff, scan your badge, and be on your way.
Please note that there will be an additional vaccination verification process in place for our campus ahead of fall semester 2021. Details to come. Vaccine requirement information here.
