Optional Vaccination Stickers Now Available
Starting today, June 7, you can receive a “COVID VAX 2021” sticker for your CU Anschutz badge through an optional new program. Stop by the sticker distribution desk in Hensel Phelps, scan your badge, show your vaccination verification, and get a sticker applied to your badge.
Vaccinated CU Anschutz students, employees and contractors with university badges, who have one of the following forms of vaccination verification:
Optional “COVID VAX 2021” stickers will be applied to your university badge. After scanning your badge and presenting vaccination verification, you will simply remove your badge from your badge holder to have your sticker applied by distribution desk staff.
Please note that there will be an additional vaccination verification process in place for our campus ahead of the required vaccination date of September 1, 2021. Details to come.
