Sascha Strait PhD

Sascha received his B.S. in Biology at UC Davis before completing his PhD in Pharmacology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. His work focused on how TGFβ signaling impacts immunotherapy in head and neck cancer. Sascha has held a variety of positions including lab manager at the University of Washington, lab manager at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and scientific writer at Scientific and Medical Affairs Consulting, LLC before joining OnKure Therapeutics as a pharmacology research scientist. In this position, he manages ADME and PKPD/efficacy studies, organizes and maintains data, and develops experiments to quantify and optimize in vivo drug properties for material with in vitro activity.
