Alia joined CU Innovations in June 2023. She is an accomplished Project Manager with over 4 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and a passion for system and process improvement. Alia works on special projects across all CUI teams and has a proven track record of streamlining operations and implementing innovative solutions.  She utilizes project management methodologies, including Agile and Lean Six Sigma, to tailor approaches that best suit the needs of each project. Her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology aids in her collaborative approach to leadership.
