As the Healthcare Innovation Marketing Program Director, Grant supports the CU Innovations team by researching cutting-edge technologies invented by campus faculty and researchers, developing strategic commercialization plans, and assisting business development efforts for CU Anschutz's most promising healthcare inventions.

Prior to joining CUI, Grant spent over seven years as a management consultant across the healthcare sector. He began his career at LEK Consulting, where he focused on due diligence, commercial strategy and post-merger integration. Grant then continued his career consulting across pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare delivery organizations at Triangle Insights Group (now Mercalis) and SciVida. His role included supporting marketing, business development, and commercial operation functions on a variety of strategic priorities across products' life cycle. Grant's experience spans the therapeutic and technology landscape, with an emphasis on oncology and rare diseases.

Grant holds a BSE in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
