The Neuroscience Outreach Group (NOG) is an organization run by enthusiastic graduate students, faculty, and staff at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. We think it’s important not only to do science, but also to share it! To this end, we have developed a collection of interactive tools and demonstrations that illustrate key concepts in neuroscience. We work with all ages – not just kids! – in a variety of settings, including classrooms, local businesses, and, notably, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
Our mission is to educate and inspire by fostering connections between scientists and the community. We are committed to increasing equity and diversity in the sciences, especially within neuroscience.
