Engagement 3.0 is a new campus-wide framework designed to better coordinate, support, and amplify community engagement efforts. It emphasizes alignment, visibility, and impact across local, regional, and statewide initiatives. Additional details about Engagement 3.0 will be shared here in early 2026 as the new framework launches.
CU Anschutz has partnered closely with the Resident Leadership Council - now known as The Rising Leadership Collaborative (RLC) – for years to support community engagement efforts in Aurora and northeast Denver. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing health, opportunity, and community-driven leadership.
As the RLC continues to grow and sustain its work through external community support, CU Anschutz is taking this moment to thoughtfully evolve its own engagement infrastructure. The campus is developing a new engagement framework designed to better coordinate, support, and amplify community-connected work across local, regional, and statewide efforts.
This transition honors the longstanding partnership with the RLC while positioning CU Anschutz to align engagement activities with our academic, clinical, and public health mission, and importantly, the community needs.
Additional information about the new engagement initiative will be shared on our Community Engagement page in early 2026.
