About the Program |
If accepted into the BOND Mentoring Program as a mentor or mentee, you are agreeing to meet monthly for an hour for at least one year with your mentor/mentee, with at least six of those meetings being in person. You will also be asked to submit regular feedback about the progression of the mentoring relationship, and provide a final program evaluation at the conclusion of the program. Suggested meeting guides and other resources will be provided to mentors and mentees and there will be opportunities throughout the year for community building and peer-mentorship with other BOND participants through workshops and other gatherings. Finally, we will host an end-of-program event where mentors and mentees who have *successfully participated in the program will come together in celebration as well as to receive their certificates of completion. *Successful participation includes: attending monthly meetings with mentee/mentor; engaging in BOND group activities as your schedule allows; completing the end-of-program evaluation. |
