Education: BS in business communication from Otterbein College; MA in nonprofit management from Case Western Reserve University

Why CU? I came to CU Anschutz because of my love for academic medical fundraising and its impact on society. I also have the opportunity to lead a team and transform the culture of the office to create relationships with benefactors based on joy. 

I most love about our team: This is the most collaborative team I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout my career. I also love to see the joy in a benefactor’s eyes as their contribution makes a difference. 

I took a personal tragedy and turned it into a life-long health care passion. I have always valued education, but realized that people must be healthy first to enjoy a robust education. I want to be able to give hope to others impacted by health concerns. We are here to transform medicine in partnership with our benefactors. I have found that when we focus on passion and big ideas, the money will follow.
