Fiscal Planning & Analysis

Fiscal Planning and Analysis provides financial modeling and analysis in support of resource planning across the campus. As a complement to the Budget and Planning team, which examines campus financials on a year-by-year basis at a more granular level, our team focuses on longer-term, high-level modeling.

We consult with constituents across the campus, as well as with Financial Services and the Controller, on financial issues and opportunities including new academic program and center development.

Fiscal Planning and Analysis also serves as one of the campus’s liaisons to the CU Office of Government Relations on bills proposed by the Colorado General Assembly, helping inform campus stakeholders of potential fiscal impacts.
