The Black Faculty & Staff Affinity (BFSA) Group is a Black-led organization that advocates for Black faculty, staff, and students at CU Denver and CU Anschutz Medical Campus. The BFSA Group provides a safe space for Black people to network, connect, and build community. The group also sponsors programs, serves as a resource for students, supports student recruitment, and provides professional development for faculty and staff. The BFSA Group's networking opportunities help staff and faculty make connections across campuses and build relationships with other Black professionals in the Denver area.
