Woodgrain Bagels, located on the ground floor of Education 2 North, is a modern deli featuring Montreal Style wood-fired bagels in breakfast dishes plus breakfast burritos, sandwiches, paninis, and soups.

T-Street Kitchen, located in the southeast corner of the first floor of the new Anschutz Health Sciences Building (AHSB), is a contemporary but casual full-service American restaurant serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites alongside a full bar program. Owned and operated by a local family-run hospitality group, Vibe Concepts has been built for over three decades on the core principles of customer service, quality and community. Whether grabbing a breakfast burrito to go, setting up a catered banquet event or simply unwinding after a long day with a glass of wine at happy hour, the team at T-Street Kitchen is excited to be serving up quality to guests from throughout the CU Anschutz community.

CU Anschutz Food Services is sorry to announce the closure of Root & Sprig on the first floor of the Fitzsimons Building.

New convenience store open in Research 2
A new spot on campus is ready for your cravings. Hydra Health Market offers packaged snacks, drinks, grab-and-go food from campus restaurants, frozen meals, and treats. Everyday convenience items will be added soon. The market is exclusively self-checkout, and is open from 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Hours will be expanded in the future.
