Our office houses the Health Equity in Action Lab (HEAL). HEAL fosters action and leadership for health equity through training, consultation, and deliberate practice. In 2022 HEAL launched the Foundations in Equity Certificate Program that is open to all CU System employees and students. We are building community capacity through a train-the-trainer program—faculty and staff are trained as HEALers who can facilitate the Foundations in Equity Certificate Program. In addition, HEAL offers an array of trainings on health equity topics, workshops, retreat facilitation, and consultations by request. Our office believes HEAL is essential to improving access and engagement of our community members with the goal of improving health for all.
Request a Training, Consultation, Speaker, or Community Circle. We ask that you make your request at least two months in advance of your desired training date, when possible. All requests will be responded to.
