We explore different ways of appreciating staff, acknowledging that individuals might have unique preferences for appreciation. We do this by creating and maintaining programs, recognizing staff efforts at a university level, providing platforms/voice
for staff to share accomplishments, creating community amongst staff, and rewarding staff for efforts to maintain campus morale/motivation. Past examples include:
