Anne Dondapati Allen became part of the UCH Ethics Consultation Service as a lead consultant in 2018 and transitioned into her new role as Moral Resilience Program Lead (UCH Ethics Consultation Service) in 2024. Anne received her Healthcare Ethics Consultation-Certification in 2021, and teaches the ethics curriculum in the Master of Science in Palliative Care, at the CU School of Medicine (General Internal Medicine) and the Ethics Curriculum for the Graduate Nurse Residency Program at UCH. Anne teaches courses on Pastoral Engagement of Biomedical Ethics for a national gathering of chaplains, spiritual directors, pastoral counselors and those involved in specialized ministries (prison, campus, refugee, multicultural).

Anne has been a Staff Chaplain at University of Colorado Hospital since 2013 with expertise in working with Complex Care patients. She contributes to staff and provider wellbeing efforts through active involvement with the Resilience and Education Support Training (REST), Workplace Violence Committee and facilitating critical incident debriefs.

Prior to her work in Healthcare Chaplaincy and Clinical Ethics consultation, Anne was Adjunct faculty in Gender and Women’s Studies at the University of Denver, Colorado Women’s College and Adjunct Faculty in Psychology, Johnson and Wales University, Denver Campus.
