Serves as the Director of Adaptable Resolutions (AR) at CU Anschutz, where he leads efforts to provide innovative, conflict resolution services for students, faculty, and staff. With a deep commitment to fostering collaboration, mutual understanding, and community well-being, Will brings extensive experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and restorative practices.

Before stepping into his current role, Will served as Interim Director of the Office of Equity and Title IX Coordinator at Anschutz. His work is characterized by a deep commitment to access and engagement, ensuring that every individual feels heard and respected during conflict resolution processes.

Will brings a collaborative and solution-focused approach to resolving conflicts at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. With over a decade of experience in higher education, Will has developed a reputation for fostering open communication and building trust across diverse campus groups. In his current role, he leads efforts to provide neutral, confidential, and constructive conflict resolution services through Adaptable Resolutions.
