As of December 2023, we have made an internal job posting option available.
As a result, if a position is posted as open to current CU employees only, the position will no longer be posted on the CU Careers external site. Employees must log in to the CU Careers internal site via the Portal and locate the posting with the requisition number.
This is why the instructions on navigating to internal-only job postings are important to share with all employees. This change provides a more streamlined process for current CU employees to apply. It will also eliminate the ability for external applicants to apply for roles only designated as open to current CU employees.

Colorado State Employees Assistance Program (C-SEAP)
C-SEAP offers cost-free professional assessment, referral, and short-term counseling services on work-related or personal concerns. C-SEAP also provides resources for supervisors and managers seeking individual managerial consultation, work-group organizational development, and assistance with conflict resolution.
University of Colorado Employee Tuition Assistance Benefit
The University of Colorado provides qualified employees and dependents with tuition assistance for up to 9 credit hours per year. For more information, please visit the tuition assistance benefit section of the Employee Services website.
Omada
The Omada program, provided to employees enrolled in CU Health Plan, will open its application period from July 30-Aug. 27. Omada is an online, lifestyle-intervention program that helps members reduce their risk for obesity-related chronic diseases such as type-2 diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. It can also help those with have type 2 diabetes who are not currently taking insulin.

Faculty and Staff Mental Health Clinic
New Service: The clinic provides easily accessible, comprehensive and confidential mental health services for all faculty and staff employed at CU Anschutz. Most insurance plans are accepted. Please note this service is only available to CU Anschutz employees at this time.
Need resources to deal with a personal crisis

Unfortunately, due to Colorado state licensing requirements, CSEAP is unable to serve people who are not physically located in the State of Colorado at the time that services are to be rendered. An additional resource available to employees is the Real Help Hotline.
Colorado Crisis Services
Colorado Crisis Services provides free, confidential, professional and immediate support for any mental health, substance use or emotional concern, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Colorado Crisis Services Call 1-844-493-TALK (8255) or text TALK to 38255 to speak to a trained professional.
