As of December 2023, we have made an internal job posting option available.
As a result, if a position is posted as open to current CU employees only, the position will no longer be posted on the CU Careers external site. Employees must log in to the CU Careers internal site via the Portal and locate the posting with the requisition number.
This is why the instructions on navigating to internal-only job postings are important to share with all employees. This change provides a more streamlined process for current CU employees to apply. It will also eliminate the ability for external applicants to apply for roles only designated as open to current CU employees.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions (PDF) to navigate to the CU Career internal site.
If you need additional assistance, please contact hr.recruiting@cuanschutz.edu for university staff and classified or human.resources@cuanschutz.edu for faculty, PRA, or temporary roles.
As a CU employee, you may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. This program rewards college graduates who work in the public sector.
