Current HCM/CU Careers Enhancements
The new Termination TBT process in HCM (along with updated workflow notifications) was completed in February of 2020. This replaced the older ePAR Separation function which is now disabled. The development work behind this Termination change set the groundwork for the next, much larger ePAR work below.
The next HCM project involves removal of the remaining Job Change, Pay Rate Change Addl Pay, and Leave ePARs. These will be added into the new TBT (Template Based Transaction) functionality as JOB CHANGE and LEAVE transactions and are scheduled for release in the Fall of 2020.
HCM/CU Careers Corrections
If you require a correction to any HCM Data and are unable to correct the row yourself, please submit an email to HCM.HRCorrections@ucdenver.edu with the following information:
- Reason for the Correction
- Employee ID
- Employee Record
- Position ID
- ePAR Number (if applicable)
- TBT transaction Number (if applicable)
This mailbox is monitored every day and we try to make corrections within the same business day. You can also utilize this email box for any questions concerning transactions in HCM.
