Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is more than just charting a course; it's a transformative process that empowers your team, department, or organization to navigate the complexities of the future with confidence and clarity. Key components of our strategic planning process include:

  • Mission, Vision, and Values development
  • Pinpointing strategic initiatives or focus areas

  • SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis and customer /client analysis

The typical strategic planning process happens over the course of several meetings and requires pre-work and exercises to be completed by requesting teams in between working sessions.


Employee Engagement /Climate Survey

Annual employee engagement surveys offer valuable insights for setting yearly recommendations and goals, while showcasing departmental interest in employee welfare. Our surveys adhere to the engagement hierarchy outlined by the Gallup organization, allowing departments to tailor questions to their specific needs. The entire process, managed by the Learning and Development Department, ensures participant anonymity and typically spans 30 to 60 days for initial setup, with additional follow-up depending on the group facilitation methods selected.

A confidential way of systematically collecting direct reports and coworker opinions about your leadership behaviors. It provides a way to identify your strengths and development needs and is an important starting point for a development plan. It is not a performance appraisal and should not be used as a performance management tool and is not a psychological profile.

DISC:

A behavioral-based assessment that helps individuals identify their preferred style of communication to help them understand how they can adapt how they interface with others to build successful relationships. Doing this as a team helps to build a common language, build rapport, and help teams learn about each other in a safe environment.

Clifton Strengths

Top 5 ($25):

Receive an overview of your strongest CliftonStrengths and an action plan for how to aim them to achieve your goals.

Full 34 ($60):

Reveals your complete talent DNA and helps you understand how to use it to succeed no matter your CliftonStrengths Profile. The 34 Report explains potential blind spots and shares ideas for using each of your top 10 to set and achieve goals and how to navigate your 11-34 themes including how to manage your potential weaknesses.

Managers ($50):
