CU Manager Essentials Program

The CU Manager Essentials Program offers a collection of curated materials tailored for both new and existing CU supervisors and managers. These programs cover a spectrum of CU-specific topics aimed at equipping supervisors and managers with the skills to thrive within the university environment. Additionally, you will have access to LinkedIn Learning certificate programs to further develop your general supervisor/manager skills.

Who is this program for?

These programs are most suited for new and existing supervisors and managers within the schools, colleges, and departments at the university. It is recommended that the CU specific content be taken within the first six months of becoming a supervisor at the university to get the most benefit from the materials. As for the certificate programs, it is recommended that individuals take these courses within the first year of becoming a supervisor or manager.
