Lisa Culhane joined the Center for Bioethics and Humanities in February 2023 as the Outreach and Events Project Coordinator. In this role she supports the Holocaust Genocide and Contemporary Bioethics Program (HGCB), the American Jewish Experience in Medicine Program, the Silvers Fellowship and the Community Board.
Lisa brings her breadth and depth of experience in project management, facilitation, teaching, community service, writing and holocaust education to the Outreach and Events Project Coordinator position at the Center.
Lisa graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.S. in Business Administration and from Georgetown University with a MA in Liberal Studies. She is also a certified Life Coach and writing instructor.
When away from the Center, Lisa volunteers as a reading mentor and runs a support group for caregivers of palliative care patients. She also enjoys traveling, teaching Guided Autobiography (GAB), hiking, coaching and making a mess of her kitchen.
