Casey Frank, JD, MPH, is Adjunct Faculty in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and has long been on the University of Colorado Hospital ethics committee. He maintains a private legal practice, and is counsel to the Mental Health Center of Denver.  He is also Co-Editor of the Health Law Column in "The Colorado Lawyer" and often writes and talks about the roles of law and ethics in medicine.
