Temporary positions are limited to nine months of continuous employment with a four month break OR nine months of employment in any 12 month period followed by a four month break. Temporary employees are paid on a bi-weekly/hourly basis.
Posting is not required if truly a temporary position, position will not be filled permanently in the future, and does not exceed 9 months.Process:
- Department will need to fill out the Temporary Questionnaire and email that to CentralAdmin.SharedServices@cuanschutz.edu
- Business Partner will obtain approval
- Business Partner will process Background Check, I9, Drafted Offer Letter, Hire
