Active Construction Projects

Construction projects at the CUA Campus that create a ground disturbance are required to hold a CDPHE Construction Stormwater Discharge Permit (COR400000) along with associated Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) and Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) plans. The Regulatory and Compliance Manager approves all stormwater plans and conducts routine stormwater inspections at active construction sites to ensure compliance with state stormwater requirements.
