Design Standards

Design guidelines and standards are provided on the Guidelines and Standards section of our site. These Standards are for use by the University of Colorado Denver | CU Anschutz Medical Campus, its consultants, and contractors. They are to be used as a design guideline for the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus building and construction projects. Design teams and consultants shall provide project-specific documents and specifications in compliance with the design standards based on program needs, code analysis, and engineering analysis.

Ongoing Maintenance

All long-term water quality management features throughout the University of Colorado Denver | CU Anschutz Medical Campus are routinely inspected to ensure they are operating as intended. Repairs and cleaning are completed as necessary by the Facilities Management Team and their contractors.
