AIM Transition Overview

Beginning January 2025 and the Spring 2025 semester, ODAI has officially transitioned its case management system from Maxient to Accessible Information Management, LLC ("AIM").  This change allows us to streamline our processes and reduce the number of systems students and faculty need to interact with in order to implement accommodations.  All accommodation-related communication, including approval of accommodations, scheduling of access consultations and accommodation review meetings, notification to faculty of accommodations, and accommodated test scheduling will occur within the AIM system. This will simplify everyone's interactions with ODAI.
