AIM Program

AIM Transition Overview

ODAI is transitioning its case management system from Maxient to Accessible Information Management, LLC ("AIM").  This change will allow us to streamline our processes and reduce the number of systems students and faculty need to interact with in order to implement accommodations.  All accommodation-related communication, including approval of accommodations, scheduling of access consultations and accommodation review meetings, notification to faculty of accommodations, and accommodated test scheduling will occur within the AIM system. This will simplify everyone's interactions with ODAI.

AIM Pilot Program

The first step in this transition was a Fall 2024 pilot program with the School of Dental Medicine and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.  During the Fall 2024 semester, students and faculty in those two schools used the full functionality of AIM for all accommodations.  We want to thank the students, faculty, and staff in those two schools for their invaluable feedback during their participation in the pilot program.

AIM Campus-Wide Rollout

Following the Fall 2024 pilot program, ODAI is transitioning the entire campus to AIM at the start of the Spring 2025 semester. You can find step-by-step instructions for using AIM based on your role using the links below.  If you need assistance accessing or using AIM, please reach out to ODAI at disabilityaccess@cuanschutz.edu.  In addition, we are hosting virtual office hours over the noon hour every weekday in January beginning on January 2nd.  You can drop into those meetings here.
