AIM Pilot Program

AIM Transition Overview

ODAI is transitioning its case management system from Maxient to Accessible Information Management, LLC ("AIM").  This change will allow us to streamline our processes and reduce the number of systems students and faculty need to interact with in order to implement accommodations.  All accommodation-related communication, including approval of accommodations, scheduling of access consultations and accommodation review meetings, notification to faculty of accommodations, and accommodated test scheduling will occur within the AIM system. This will simplify everyone's interactions with ODAI.

AIM Pilot Program

The first step in this transition is a Fall 2024 pilot program with the School of Dental Medicine and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.  During the Fall 2024 semester, students and faculty in those two schools will use the full functionality of AIM for all accommodations.  Any students or faculty with feedback regarding their AIM experience should send it to disabilityaccess@cuanshutz.edu or contact any ODAI staff member to set up a time to discuss the feedback.

AIM Campus-Wide Rollout

Following the Fall 2024 pilot program, ODAI intends to transition the entire campus to AIM at the start of the Spring 2025 semester.  Throughout Fall 2024, we will provide training and additional information to everyone on campus.
