Audiovisual services can be scheduled for classroom and event support including AV technical assist and setup and / or AV staffing for the duration of your event.

AV Services Reserved in EMS
In addition to the services below, OIT offers AV System Design which is a service that facilitates the design and integration of audiovisual systems across campuses. This includes new systems and design changes to existing systems. The team provides consulting services that take the project from inception to completion.
AV service requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Technical Assist and Setup (M-F, 7:30 AM - 5 PM) An AV tech will assist in powering on the system, setting up, and ensuring that the class, meeting or event starts with no issues. They will arrive at the time stated in the EMS reservation. | $24.00 * Beginning July 1, the cost will be a $48.00 flat rate. | No cost for Core Education Courses |
