Application Process for the Certificate in Health Humanities and Ethics
For AMC Health Professions students
1) Fill out the online non-degree Certificate application.
2) Instructions on how to complete the application in our complex application portal.
For new or past CU Students:
If you have never applied to the University of Colorado System or are returning, follow the steps below:
2) Once you have completed the information and clicked Create Account, an email with a user name will be sent to you within 24 hours.
3) Once you've received your user name, fill out your online application.

Note: CU Denver and CU Anschutz students can only be enrolled in one certificate program at one time.
