Qualtrics provides a cloud-based survey platform allowing organizations to standardize data and surveys. All faculty, students and staff have access to Qualtrics at no cost.
The university has a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Qualtrics and is an approved software provider for forms that collect Protected Health Information. This includes information as part of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All new forms that collect Protected Health Information are required to reside in Qualtrics as of January 2021.
