Join the Multi-Campus Roundtable on Tuesday, October 15
Sep 25, 2024Cybersecurity Awareness Month kicks off October 1. As technology evolves, cybersecurity is essential to protecting both personal and professional data. CU Anschutz and CU Denver are partnering to host a webinar, in collaboration with all four campuses, with the University of Colorado’s information security officers.
Join the virtual cybersecurity roundtable discussion at noon on Tuesday, October 15. It is a free one-hour event, and all faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend. Register for the Tuesday, October 15, Cybersecurity Roundtable.
Learn about best practices for protecting your information, identifying phishing scams, choosing secure passwords and how to stay secure while using the growing AI technologies. This webinar is an opportunity to learn about the latest in cybersecurity news but also a chance for attendees to ask the panelists your most pressing IT security questions.
When registering, please submit your question so that we can add it to our list to address during the webinar. Attendees also are welcome to ask questions during the panel, so if you think of one after you register or a discussion topic generates a follow-up question for you, there will be opportunities for Q&A throughout the webinar.
This webinar will feature a knowledgeable panel of CU information security officers:
- David Capps, Assistant Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, University of Colorado
- Brad Judy, Director and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, University of Colorado
- Keith Lehigh, Assistant Director and Information Security Officer, System Administration
