The OIT Service Desk provides faculty and staff support with any Operating System (ex. Windows, Mac) issues or troubleshooting.
Request Assistance

To request assistance, please log into the OIT Service Center with your university credentials. 

Select, "Make a Request."

Choose "Computers and Devices" from the menu tile options. Then select "Computers" from the next screen and click "New." Enter in the details you need help with (operating system errors, etc.) and an OIT team member will reach out to you to troubleshoot and find a solution.
