As outlined within the goals of our University's Affirmative Action Plan, this Search Advocate Resource Toolkit embodies our commitment to recruiting, hiring, and retaining diverse faculty and staff. In collaboration with the School of Public Health, the content provided here is highly encouraged for all departments and search committees to implement within their search and hiring processes. Departments are encouraged to expand their recruitment efforts beyond these guidelines and hiring requirements to meet their talent and affirmative action goals.
