When a university vendor is used to film or take photos on our campus, and the resulting product will be used for the benefit of the university, you do not need to secure a Location and Release Agreement.

Remember, film permits are not guaranteed for any request and can require anywhere from 3 business days to 7 business days for approval depending on whether all documents have been provided in the initial request and the complexity of the request.
