About Our Standards

These Standards are for use by the University of Colorado Denver | CU Anschutz Medical Campus, its consultants, and contractors. They are to be used as a design guideline for the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus building and construction projects. Design teams and consultants shall provide project-specific documents and specifications in compliance with the design standards based on program needs, code analysis, and engineering analysis. Design teams may download the Microsoft Word version of Division 00/01 from this website or through the University project managers and limit editing to items in bold type. CSI MasterFormat Sections 02-33 is a guide for design teams to create a project specification and should not be used as the actual specification for the project. Design teams must match the CSI MasterFormat numbering in these guidelines with part 4 CSI MasterFormat numbering of this standard.
