If you do not see the inspection type you need or have any other inspection related questions, please contact our Building Department.

Stormwater
- Initial Inspection (Pre-Con) - Initial inspection of BMPs installed before work begins. Scheduled by the contractor.
- Compliance Inspection - Monthly routine inspections scheduled by the Regulatory and Compliance Manager.
- Compliance Follow-Up - Follow-Up inspections are scheduled 14 days after a failed compliance inspection.
- Final Compliance Inspection - Final inspection and acceptance after all work has been completed, controls removed and all areas have been stabilized.
