Permit Parking Options
Monthly permit parking rates are based on a calendar month. With the exception of Rock Lot permits, accounts are pro-rated on a half calendar month basis only, depending on when the account is activated.

Signing Up
1. In order to sign up for parking please fill out the parking agreement form
2. After it has been processed we will email you with instructions as soon as possible on how to log into your parking account and set up your parking payments. Always check your spam folder if you do not see a response.
3. Once you receive confirmation it is your responsibility to ensure that your parking is paid for. Missing fees will result in the deactivation of the parking permit.
Renewing
1. To renew or reactivate expired or deactivated parking, or make changes to your parking option please complete the Renewal/Change Form. If the permit type you would like to renew is not available you may need to contact the parking office directly.
2. After your request has been processed we will email you with verification that your account has been reactivated. Always check your spam folder if you do not see a response.
3. Log into your online parking profile and make any necessary payments. If you are a student please make sure to set your automatic payments back up.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that your parking is paid for. Missing fees will result in the deactivation of the parking permit.
Switching Permits
· To change the type of permit that you hold, please follow the renewal process above. If the permit you wish to change to or add is not on the renewal sheet you may need directly contact the office to make that change.
· For students that have already paid in advance and want to change their permit type we will either apply a credit for the previous permit, or have you pay the different for your new permit.
· For staff/faculty who are on payroll deduction you will need to also fill out a new Payroll Deduction form that reflects the change in your monthly fees.

Reserved Parking
· Reserved parking is located in designated areas of surface parking lots and in the Henderson Parking structure for those wanting closer parking. Reserved parking is at a higher permit cost of $96 per month.
· Reserved spaces are not assigned. There are reserved sections and a virtual permit is assigned to the vehicle’s license plate. The number of spaces for reserved parking is based on supply and demand, thus ensuring that space is always available for those who wish to utilize this parking option.
· Reserved Parking permits are not transferable between individuals Parking access cannot be loaned, leased, borrowed or in any way transferred from one person to another. Such transfers may result in the individuals parking privileges being revoked
· Reserved permit holders are issued a virtual permit and therefore are required to keep their account and vehicle information updated.

Student Permits
· Students: $40/month
· Permit parking after hours and weekends only: No Charge. Monday -Friday 6:00pm to 6:00am or all day on Saturday and Sunday – Access in or out of the lot will be denied outside of this time frame. Those still in the lot after 6:00am will be required to pay the hourly parking rate upon exit.
· East Rock Lot Parking: $14/month, The Rock Lot is a low-cost parking option for students on the Anschutz Medical Campus that is in close proximity to the campus. It is located on the west side of Victor Street north of the CU Medicine garage.
· Reserved Parking: $96/month
· Carpool: $42/month, must be at least two participants in the carpool. All participants must come to the parking office in order to sign up for a Carpool permit.
· Short Term Weekly Parking (1 to 8 weeks): $16/week

Staff/Faculty Permits
· Employee East Rock Lot Parking: $35/month and includes the RTD Eco Pass
· Employee West Rock Lot Parking: $35/month and includes the RTD Eco Pass
· Part time Employee (less than 20 hours/week): $42/month and includes the RTD
Eco Pass
· Carpool: $42/month (Deduction will be split between carpool participants). All
participants must come to the parking office in order to sign up for a Carpool permit.
· Regular Parking: $71/month and includes the RTD Eco Pass
· Reserved Parking: $96/month and includes the RTD Eco Pass
· Short Term Weekly Parking (1 to 8 weeks): $21/week
· Permit parking after hours and weekends only: No Charge. Monday -Friday
6:00pm to 6:00am or all day on Saturday and Sunday 6:00pm to 6:00am or all day on Saturday and Sunday – Access in or out of the lot will be denied outside of this time frame. Those still in the lot after 6:00am will be required to pay the hourly parking rate upon exit.
· Faculty and Staff parking is paid monthly via a payroll deduction.
